Soccer Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran lost against Plymouth Christian Academy on May 8th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against the Eagles, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Lutheran can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 262nd, while Plymouth Christian Academy are ranked 87th).

Lutheran dropped their record down to 7-7-1 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Plymouth Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Lutheran nor Plymouth Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
