Wayne had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. It was close, but they ultimately received the gift of a 51-49 victory from a begrudging Falcons squad. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since December 8, 2023.

Wayne now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Seymour, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-2.
