Recap: Dunellen Destroyers vs. Kennedy Memorial Mustangs
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Calvary Christian, the Dunellen Destroyers were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They came out on top against Kennedy Memorial by a score of 45-34.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dunellen to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ryan Hutchins, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Jamael Davis was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds.
Dunellen pushed their record up to 11-10 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game.
