Basketball Recap: Germantown Christian Takes a Loss

Germantown Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 66-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders.

Leading Hillsboro Christian Academy to victory were Tate Woolridge and Titus Howsman. Woolridge went 6-for-9 on his way to 14 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Howsman shot 60% from the field en route to 14 points and six boards. Those seven boards gave Woolridge a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Connor Henderson, who posted eight points.

Germantown Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-18.

As of now, neither Germantown Christian nor Hillsboro Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
