Volleyball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Bayside Commodores. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Bayside this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Bayside, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

Edison and Bayside will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Edison sees the court they'll take on Cardozo at 4:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Bayside, their break will end when they face Van Buren at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
