Neighborhood House Charter's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Monday after their third straight loss. The game between Neighborhood House Charter and Innovation Academy wasn't particularly close, with Neighborhood House Charter falling 80-65. Neighborhood House Charter found out winning isn't easy when you don't work as a unit and rack up nine fewer assists than your opponent.
Despite the defeat, Neighborhood House Charter got a solid performance out of Tavon Rhodes, who scored 50 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. Rhodes scored a full 76.9% of Neighborhood House Charter's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Juelz McGhee was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Salem Academy Charter came up short against Bishop Fenwick on December 9th and fell 70-59.
Neighborhood House Charter now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Salem Academy Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
