Basketball Recap: Nutley Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Nutley can now relate to. They were dealt a 91-48 defeat at the hands of the Payne Tech Lions on Wednesday. The Maroon Raiders' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Nutley's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Payne Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Nutley nor Payne Tech have any future games scheduled.
