Baseball Recap: Bolles Comes Up Short

Bolles fell victim to Bishop Kenny and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bishop Kenny Crusaders by a score of 1-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Levi Pietschker was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run over 6.2 innings pitched.

The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games.
