Basketball Recap: Circle Takes a Loss

On Thursday, the Circle Thunderbirds ended up a good deal behind the Valley Center Hornets and lost 50-33.

Circle's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Valley Center, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Circle will welcome Clearwater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valley Center, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Halstead at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
