Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grandview). They blew past the Crystal City Hornets 64-35 on Thursday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-17.

Crystal City's loss came despite strong showings from Maya Hankins and Addison Bova. Hankins went 6 for 10 on her way to 13 points and eight rebounds, while Bova posted 13 points and three steals. That was a full 37.1% of Crystal City's points, marking the third time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points.

With the victory, Grandview broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7. As for Crystal City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.
