Basketball Recap: Fort Towson Takes a Loss

Fort Towson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 86-16 loss at the hands of the Wright City Lumberjax. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-12.

Kase Lindly continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Wright City, going 9 of 14 on his way to 24 points along with six assists and five steals. Maddox Replogle was another key player, going 5 for 7 en route to 14 points and four steals.

Fort Towson's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Wright City, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Wright City beat Fort Towson by a score of 61-19 on Monday.
