Basketball Recap: Sisseton Takes a Loss

Sisseton lost against Vermillion back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sisseton Redmen were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 47-46 to the Vermillion Tanagers.

Sisseton's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Vermillion, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

Looking ahead, Sisseton will head out on the road to square off against Milbank at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vermillion, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Dakota Valley at 6:30 p.m.
