Basketball Recap: North Webster Comes Up Short

North Webster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 54-36 bruising from the Haynesville Golden Tornado. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

North Webster's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Haynesville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

North Webster will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Caddo at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Haynesville, they and Forest will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
