Soccer Recap: North Point Wins Going Away Against Fairmont Heights

North Point kept a clean sheet against Fairmont Heights on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Hornets with a sharp 5-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what North Point needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

They hit Fairmont Heights with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Amir Duff (2), Jaylin Brown, Oliver Doreus, and Julian Randall.

North Point now has a winning record of 1-0-1.

Coming up, North Point will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Huntingtown at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fairmont Heights, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Central at 4:45 p.m. on October 13.
