Softball Recap: Man Comes Up Short

Man lost against Sherman back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hillbillies came up short against the Tide, falling 15-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Hillbillies have suffered against the Tide since April 22, 2019.

Man dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Sherman, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Sherman will challenge St. Joseph Central at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Man will be paying especially close attention to the Tide's game: after the Tide faces off against Midland Trail, they'll take on Man again at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
