Football Recap: Huge Rushing Attack Leads Moapa Valley over Doral Academy Red Rock

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sports Leadership & Management, Moapa Valley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 26-21 W over the Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons. That's more bragging rights for the Pirates, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Moapa Valley found their leader in freshman Kylie Bennion, who rushed for 111 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, and also threw for 114 yards and one touchdown.

Moapa Valley was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 210 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in February of 2024.
