Baseball Recap: Permian Takes a Loss

Permian's last matchup with Grapevine could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Friday. The Permian Panthers lost 9-1 to the Grapevine Mustangs. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Permian now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Grapevine, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Permian will welcome Plainview at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Grapevine, they will be taking part in a tournament against El Dorado at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
