Softball Recap: Early College's Run of Five Straight Victories Now Over

It was a good run, but Early College unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 16-11 hit to the loss column at the hands of the School of the Arts Silverhawks. The Sharks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Silverhawks earlier this season, when they won 16-15.

Early College's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for School of the Arts, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Early College will head out to challenge Le Roy at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for School of the Arts, they will face off against Franklin at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
