Basketball Recap: Aberdeen Comes Up Short

Aberdeen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 57-44 to the East Webster Wolverines. The Bulldogs lost against the Wolverines in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 51-17 score last time.

Aberdeen's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for East Webster, their victory bumped their record up to 13-10.

Aberdeen has already played their next matchup (against Nettleton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. East Webster will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Choctaw County at 7:00 p.m.
