Football Recap: Floresville Starts Season with Loss at Home

Floresville unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 39-22 fall against the Navarro Panthers on Friday. The Tigers/Jaguars were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Coming up, Floresville is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Sam Houston at 7:00 p.m. on the 6th. As for Navarro, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Antonian Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
