Football Recap: Jacksboro's Winning Streak Snapped at Seven Games + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jacksboro can now relate to. They fell 48-41 to Blue Ridge on Friday. Despite 95 more yards than Blue Ridge, Jacksboro couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Despite the loss, Jacksboro still got an impressive performance from Wyatt Gavit, who rushed for 170 yards and three TDs, and also threw for 326 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Jacksboro is 4-1 when Gavit posts 250 or more passing yards, but 3-4 otherwise. 128 of Gavit's passing yards were hauled in by Kase Dennis, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Jacob Walker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Blue Ridge, rushing for 279 yards and three scores while picking up 12.1 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Walker is now averaging an impressive 113.5 rushing yards per game. Liam Finan was another key player, throwing for 77 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
