Jay proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by 11) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Chipley Tigers 3-2. For the Royals, this counts as revenge for the 6-3 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Jax Lowery made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
