The team also got some help courtesy of Kyler Aikins, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Lighthouse Private Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Gulf Pointe Latin, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
