Basketball Recap: St. Ignace Takes a Loss

St. Ignace was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 61-52 to the Engadine Eagles. Saints fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Eagles since Wednesday.

St. Ignace's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Engadine, with the victory, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-13.

St. Ignace has already played their next contest, a 64-61 win against Newberry on the 6th. As for Engadine, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-43 defeat against Cedarville on the 6th.
