Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Troy). They put the hurt on the Lansingburgh Knights with a sharp 17-1 win on Monday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Flying Horses with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Troy and bumps their season record up to 10-5. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Lansingburgh, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 13-5.

Troy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Knights: the pair will be back at it again later today.
