Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Loss Ends Dewitt's Winning Streak

DeWitt and Skyline squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but DeWitt had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Jenna Hitchcock paced DeWitt's offense, picking up ten kills. Hitchcock got some help from Delainey Buchanen and her 21 assists.

DeWitt's loss dropped their record down to 23-13-1. As for Skyline, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-10-4 record this season.

DeWitt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Skyline has already played their next contest (against Saline), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
