Basketball Recap: Random Lake Takes a Loss

Random Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the North Fond du Lac Orioles, falling 99-55. The Rams lost against the Orioles in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 58-35 score last time.

Random Lake's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for North Fond du Lac, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6.

Random Lake and North Fond du Lac will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Rams see the court they'll take on Cudahy at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. As for North Fond du Lac, their break will end when they face Campbellsport at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
