Volleyball Recap: Owen Valley's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

Owen Valley's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Eminence Eels with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Patriots as it put an end to their six-match losing streak.

Owen Valley never let Eminence on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-17, 25-17.

Owen Valley found their leader in sophomore Brailee Lecocq, who had ten digs and four assists. Lily Miller also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.
