Basketball Recap: Center Line Takes a Loss

Center Line was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were outmatched by the King Crusaders and fell 61-15. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 658th, while the Crusaders are ranked 286th).

Center Line's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for King, they moved to 6-8 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Center Line will venture away from home to face off against Sterling Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for King, they will host Southeastern at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. King is facing Southeastern at the right time seeing as Southeastern is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
