Basketball Recap: Conestoga Christian Gets the Win

If Alliance Christian wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Conestoga Christian, they should've done a better job of containing Josh Boutaugh. The Conestoga Christian Cougars breezed by the Alliance Christian Gryphons to the tune of 62-18 on Tuesday thanks in part to Boutaugh, who went 9 for 14 en route to 21 points along with seven assists and seven boards. That's the most assists he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Conestoga Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Alliance Christian, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Conestoga Christian will challenge High Point Baptist Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Alliance Christian has already played their next matchup (against Valley Forge Baptist Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
