Rosholt posted their closest victory since September 27th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Wild Rose Wildcats 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hornets.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Rosholt who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-20, 20-25, 25-14, 20-25, 15-6.

Marlee Krekling paced Rosholt's offense, picking up eight kills. Krekling got some help from Elizabeth Trzinski and her 24 assists. Trzinski also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kami Hintz, each putting up four.

The win got Rosholt back to even at 13-13. As for Wild Rose, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 8-8.

Rosholt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Iola-Scandinavia on the 16th. As for Wild Rose, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Assumption on the 16th.
