Basketball Recap: St. James Comes Up Short

St. James lost against Luverne back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The St. James Saints took an 82-71 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Luverne Cardinals.

St. James' loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Luverne, they moved to 3-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Windom the next time they take the court. St. James will host Windom at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025, while Luverne will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
