Soccer Game Preview: Argo vs. Bloom

The Argo Argonauts will take on the Bloom Blazing Trojan at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

Argo came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Lemont, falling 3-0. Argo have struggled against Lemont recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Bloom had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They never let the Rangers get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Bloom, who have now won four matches by six goals or more so far this season.

Bloom's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Argo, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
