While Poston Butte didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They breezed past the Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils to the tune of 68-34 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Dust Devils: they've now won three in a row.

Donovan Countee was the offensive standout of the contest as he posted 11 points along with eight rebounds and four blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Cooper, who put up eight points and eight boards.

Poston Butte smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Poston Butte's record now sits at 4-0. As for Santa Cruz Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
