Football Recap: Knox Central Comes Up Short at Home Against Whitley County

Knox Central unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 34-22 to the Whitley County Colonels on Friday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Colonels recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Coming up, Knox Central is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Marion County at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Whitley County, they will welcome Hazard at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
