The win continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

East Buchanan's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Clayton-Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

East Buchanan didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-1 defeat against Wapsie Valley on the 7th. As for Clayton-Ridge, they will head out on the road to square off against Cascade at 5:00 p.m. on the 16th.
