 Sylvan-Lucas has enjoyed the comforts of home their last six games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will  challenge the Thomas More Prep-Marian Monarchs on Friday.
 Sylvan-Lucas lost  17-1 to Minneapolis on Monday. Sylvan-Lucas has not had much luck with Minneapolis recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 Sylvan-Lucas saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kenzley Frederking, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base, a  double,  and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Thomas More Prep-Marian stacked  a  fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Plainville with a sharp  17-2 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Thomas More Prep-Marian.
 Sylvan-Lucas' loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Thomas More Prep-Marian, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 10-4.
 Sylvan-Lucas might still be hurting after the  12-2 defeat they got from Thomas More Prep-Marian  when the teams last played  back in April of 2017. Can Sylvan-Lucas avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
