Basketball Recap: Moon Valley Gets the Win

Thunderbird came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Moon Valley, but Jordan Sepulveda wouldn't allow it. The Moon Valley Rockets skirted past the Thunderbird Titans 58-56 thanks in part to Sepulveda, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in boards.

Moon Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-16. As for Thunderbird, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.

Moon Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 68-48 loss against Paradise Honors on the 30th. Thunderbird has also already played their next contest, a 40-39 win against Goldwater on the 30th.
