Soccer Recap: Seckinger Comes Up Short

Seckinger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Jackson County Panthers, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Seckinger can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while Jackson County are ranked 79th).

Seckinger's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Jackson County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seckinger will take on Habersham Central at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jackson County, they will be playing at home against Loganville at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
