Jett Goldsberry Delivers Electric Performance Vs Washington
Jett Goldsberry was instrumental in extending Heritage Hills's winning streak to seven on Friday. Goldsberry was dynamite, throwing for 133 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushing for 61 yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up 0.5 sacks, making five total tackles, and defending a pass.
Washington's probably not too fond of Goldsberry given he always seems to get the better of them. Goldsberry threw for 141 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Hatchets duked it out back in October of 2023.

Cox Came Up Big in Princeton's 42-13 Loss
Drake Cox posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He made 12 total tackles.
Princeton dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Cox and Princeton will look to defend their home field on Friday against Vincennes Lincoln at 6:30 p.m.

Heritage Hills Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Hunter Meredith
Hunter Meredith's big game helped extend Heritage Hills's winning streak to seven on Friday. Meredith did his part (and then some), rushing for 62 yards on only five carries, while also catching a touchdown for the 'W'. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making seven total tackles and defending a pass.
Washington had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Meredith it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Meredith saw the Hatchets), he picked up 76 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown.

Tyler Ruxer Delivers Best Performance of Season
Tyler Ruxer produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Heritage Hills to the win on Friday. Ruxer picked up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 53 yards.
For the year, Ruxer has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 61.2 receiving yards per game.

Big Game from Davis As Boonville Fell 42-14
Rounding off our Top Five is Grant Davis of Boonville. Davis rushed for 71 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 59 yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 80 yards.
This season, Davis has thrown 7 touchdowns while averaging 82.7 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 15.44 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 60.56 rushing yards.
