Basketball Recap: Shannon Takes a Loss

Shannon lost against Mooreville back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Shannon Red Raiders fell to the Mooreville Troopers 55-51. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shannon's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Mooreville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Shannon will host Itawamba Agricultural at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mooreville, they will head out to square off against East Webster at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
