Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Iowa). Everything went their way against the DeQuincy Tigers on Saturday as the Iowa Yellowjackets made off with an 11-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

Iowa now has a winning record of 5-4. As for DeQuincy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Iowa will host Doyle at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for DeQuincy, they will be playing at home against South Beauregard at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
