Baseball Recap: Capital City Takes a Loss

Capital City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 8-4 to the Camdenton Lakers. That's two games in a row now that the Cavaliers have lost by exactly four runs.

Capital City's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Camdenton, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Lakers beat Capital City by a score of 7-2 on Wednesday.
