Softball Recap: Fall River Bulldogs vs. Quincy Trojans
Fall River blew Quincy out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Quincy got their revenge. Fall River fell just short of Quincy by a score of 8-6. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.
Fall River saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Darcie Range, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.
Fall River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Quincy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.
Fall River will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mt. Shasta at 2:00 p.m. on April 11. As for Quincy, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Chester at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
