Basketball Game Preview: Cave City Cavemen vs. Pangburn Tigers

The Cave City Cavemen will head out on the road to face off against the Pangburn Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cave City has now lost 16 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 7.

Last Friday, Cave City lost to Yellville-Summit at home by a 61-42 margin.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Pangburn duked it out with Episcopal on Friday. Pangburn fell 49-39 to Episcopal. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pangburn's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Cave City, their loss dropped their record down to 2-20.

Cave City came up short against Pangburn in their previous matchup back in December of 2021, falling 56-47. Can Cave City avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
