Basketball Recap: Sartell-St. Stephen Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Sartell-St. Stephen can now relate to. They took an 82-66 bruising from the Elk River Elks on Monday. The Sabres just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Sartell-St. Stephen's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Elk River, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-19 record this season.

As of now, neither Sartell-St. Stephen nor Elk River have any future games scheduled.
