Baseball Recap: Brevard HEAT Comes Up Short

Brevard HEAT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 3-0 to the St. Edward's Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on February 10th.

Brevard HEAT saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Treskovich Jr, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Treskovich Jr stole this season.

Brevard HEAT's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for St. Edward's, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
