Volleyball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Parkland Mustangs.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Parkland, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Parkwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parkland, they will take on North Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
