Basketball Recap: Nuview Bridge Comes Up Short

Nuview Bridge lost against San Jacinto Valley Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Nuview Bridge Knights took a 70-54 bruising from the San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves. While the Knights didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wolves 15-10 in the first quarter.

Day Edwards was his usual excellent self, putting up 24 points for San Jacinto Valley Academy. Carter Kelly was another key player, posting 13 points.

Nuview Bridge has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-12.

As of now, neither Nuview Bridge nor San Jacinto Valley Academy have any future games scheduled.
