Soccer Recap: Algonac Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Algonac and Richmond, and Richmond kept the tradition alive. The Muskrats lost 5-0 to the Blue Devils on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Richmond this season, with their most recent loss being a 6-0 defeat last Monday.

Algonac has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-1 record this season. As for Richmond, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4-2.

Algonac does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Richmond, they will face off against Armada at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
